Sriram comes with Multi - Industry and Cross functional experience and has spent 18 years in both Multi Nationals as well as Indian Companies. He has managed Plant Operations , led Sales & Marketing functions and handled business head positions across Engineering , Automotive, Information Technology industries.

He has hands on experience  in Start- up environments, significantly contributed to turnaround of loss making Business Units and enabled creation of new organization structures  due to Mergers and Acquisitions.

He leads a team of Senior Partners who come from the corporate background with strong functional skills and industry experience which helps in assessing the right talent for their customers.

Shubhra Gupta is a post graduate in History from Mumbai University with a diploma in information technology and is one of the very few HR professionals who has helped organisations use the human resource function effectively to meet their dynamic business needs.

She comes with over 15 years of experience having worked in the Human Resource function in both MNC’s as well as Indian Companies. She brings with her a strong experience and understanding of the entire lifecycle of Human Assets starting from Talent Identification , Development , Management , Retention and Deployment.

She comes with strong expertise in the areas of Human Psychology , Organisation Behaviour and Change management,  having been actively involved in several Organisation restructuring where she directly worked with the Global CEO’s.
